 Child Discounts

• For children of ages 12 years and under a discount of £100 off full brochure price.

Empty Beds

• If your group is smaller than 6 person, but you wish to have exclusive use of the chalet, you can pay an empty bed charge of £150 per empty bed.

Single Room Occupancy

• A supplement of £150

What's Included in the price at Chalet Genepy?

• Transfers to and from resort.
• Price is based on a full room occupancy with en-suite & shared bathroom facilities.
• Meals (7) Breakfasts (7) Afternoon teas & (6) Evening meals including Wine, Coffee or Tea.

Payment

Payment may be made by cash or cheque in Sterling made payable to CGSki

Cancellation Policy

• More than 42 days deposit only
• 42-36 days before departure 30% (Or deposit if higher)
• 35-28 days before departure 40%
• 27-15 days before departure 65%
• 14-7 days before departure 90%
• 7 days before departure 100% Home
  

Booking Procedure

Once we have checked availability and confirmed the price to you we will reserve your booking for a period of 7 days. You then need to fill out the booking form and send it to us together with a cheque for your deposit of £100 per person to reach us within 7 days. We will then send you confirmation of your booking and final invoice. The final balance is due no later than six weeks prior to departure (You will be reminded within 8 weeks prior to departure). Any bookings made within 6 weeks of departure should be paid in full at time of booking. Home
