this fully catered ski chalet offers guests free transfers, great food
and a warm and friendly atmosphere in spacious living accommodation for
up to 12 guests.

'Genepy'
is modern and has a warm homely atmosphere. We can accommodate up to 12
people of family, double and twin rooms with a mixture of en-suite, bathroom
and toilet facilities. For the added convenience of our guest we have
a lounge bar
including the latest sky digital movies and sports.
To
the rear of the building is a decked patio area from which to soak up

passion for alpine life. Giles formally ex England FIS Racer and extreme
skier has lived in the Alps most of his life. Claire has worked and travelled
throughout the world gaining all round experience in hospitality and catering.
Together their goal is to ensure your holiday is both memorable and enjoyable.

Summer Activities
During the summer months
Montalbert blossoms into some of the most exquisite meadows of wild flowers
and wonderful mountain scenery. Activities include Hiking, Mountain Biking,
Road Biking, Rafting, Canoeing, Horse Riding, Climbing, Para Gliding and
many activities for younger children.
Genepy has its own activities programme to include BBQs, Picnics and arranged
outings as desired, making this an ideal holiday whether relaxing or seeking
an unforgettable adventure experience.

Mountain Excursions

on the edge of the alpine valley offering panoramic views of Le Verant
du Soleil Montalbert is the starting point for a Vanoise adventure or
local woodland nature walks. For more serious walkers the Vanoise range
offer endless discovery opportunities from high grazing pastures and lakes
to glacial summits and stunning landscapes. There are a variety of routes
including guided routes to suit all levels of ability. Rest assured we

With offroad routes approved
by the French Cycling Federation which guarantees a general standard of
services and itineries covering hundreds of kilometers through mountain
ranges, the legendary relationship of the Terentaise valley and the Tour
de France climbs, which is due to visit the resort this year on 12 and
13th of July. Not to mention the CGSki team to drop off and collect you
and the bikes if necessary, some truely terrific high and low level on
and off road cycling awaits you from your base at Genepy. Home

Yoga sessions form part of
the daily routine at Genepy with Claire often found starting her day in
the basement 'monkey bar' practicing her routine, to music and videos.
With a choice of sessions for all abilities complimented by relaxing walks,
we would like to welcome people who would be interested in yoga relaxation
holidays with us.
Yoga week runs from 22nd - 29th July '06 and includes daily morning sessions followed by organised outdoor activities - (£425pp excluding flights)

The white water centre in Borg St Maurice and other other courses in Moutier
offer a range of programmes of rafting, kayaking hydrospeeding on international

Huddling around its chapel
at the front of the piste the village of Montalbert is the starting point
for a number of winter walks to the forest close by. It is also the venue
for a whole host of seasonal festivities, including carnival torchlight
descents and cabaret evenings organised by the ski school. There is a
good choice of bars and restaurants and a nightclub for those who wish
