30 metres away linking the resort to La Plagne and Les Arc ski resorts,

this fully catered ski chalet offers guests free transfers, great food
and a warm and friendly atmosphere in spacious living accommodation for
up to 12 guests.

'Genepy'
is modern and has a warm homely atmosphere. We can accommodate up to 12
people of family, double and twin rooms with a mixture of en-suite, bathroom
and toilet facilities. For the added convenience of our guest we have
a lounge bar
including the latest sky digital movies and sports.
To
the rear of the building is a decked patio area from which to soak up

passion for alpine life. Giles formally ex England FIS Racer and extreme
skier has lived in the Alps most of his life. Claire has worked and travelled
throughout the world gaining all round experience in hospitality and catering.

Montalbert is a ski resort
which is part of the La Plagne area, with extensive picturesque tree runs
to the resort. It has the added benefit of its own snow cannons which
operate throughout the area if required. Whether you are a beginner or
an experienced skier - all levels are catered for. For those who have
previous skiing experience there is a nursery and beginners slope set

Nightime in Montalbert
Huddling around its chapel
at the front of the piste the village of Montalbert is the starting point
for a number of winter walks to the forest close by. It is also the venue
for a whole host of seasonal festivities, including carnival torchlight
descents and cabaret evenings organised by the ski school. There is a
good choice of bars and restaurants and a nightclub for those who wish

Lifts Access
 With
the main resort’s lifts and slopes some 30 meters from 'Genepy', your
within arms reach of all the main runs in the resort linking several purpose
built villages at altitude with the outlying villages in the surrounding
valleys.
Winter 2003 saw the opening
of a new £11m futuristic link to Les Arcs called the Paridiski bringing
together two of Frances biggest alpine resorts and creating the largest
integrated skiing area on earth with over 460kms of skiing which incorporates
2 glaciers.
